The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Station, making it easy to access public transportation. It is also close to the area of embassies, which is great for those seeking proximity for official purposes. The staff provides friendly service and the rooms are kept clean.
The hotel lacks amenities such as hooks for towels and clothes in the room and bathroom, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Great location and affordable price. Close to train station and easy to get around the city. Room was comfortable and had everything needed for a romantic escape. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local eateries.
The shower could use some improvement as water tended to spill out onto the bathroom floor. Also, the walls were thin and noise from other guests could be heard at times. a good option for budget-conscious travelers looking for a convenient base for exploring the city.

Very good location near main station and easy walk to all the sights of Rome. Room was clean and comfortable. Attention to security was very good.
Rather ramshackle lift to get to 6th floor but worked OK.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The location is convenient, being very close to the train station but not on a busy street.
The price of the room was really too much for what the hotel had to offer (especially in a relatively cheaper Euro country such as Italy). Breakfast was very basic and was organized in a not very efficient way.

We had a great stay, with a comfy bed and daily towel changes. This hotel's location near Termini made transportation a breeze. Cleanliness was a top priority, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
Everything was fantastic.

Room was jsut big enough and quite
The people are fraud .. they double booked my credit card . and so far no return after multiple reminders. Instead of promptly refundign the double charged money the manager keeps buying time and giving excuses... The hotel building has 4 hotels in the same building and you can expect shady looking people and ..there i only one lift and that too age old and dosnt work properly.... for the same price i thin kthere are better option in the Area AVOID This place..specailly risk of credit card related risk withthme

Well presented and nicely decorated; much better than any of the other budget hotels I've stayed at in the area. Good location, so close to Termini. Staff willingly turned on the air conditioner when asked, because the street noise would have been unbearable if the window had to be left open.
Toilet seat wasn't properly attached. Shower screen/base leaked.

Convenient location near transport and restaurants. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Scammers! Staff asked for cash only and overcharged us, saying it was for taxes and denying a pre-booked discount.

Much better than few reviews we read prior our booking. Sure it is not a luxury hotel, and if you want a spend more time in your room than visiting Rome...don t go there..but if you want a good and clean room with very helpful staff it is a good address. My wife and I stay for 5 night from 19 to 25 April 2011.

Hotel is in good location, close to Termini Station :)
Room was not in a good condition. It was like an old train station after cleaning. It is more less clean, but doesn`t look good. Walls were dirty, electric plugs were broken. At the shower there was a bug. We didn`t feel good at this hotel. There was air conditioning, but it was very soft and we were not able to decrese the temperature. This hotel needs modernisation.

The location near Termini Station is a major plus, making it convenient for travelers to explore the city. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and the rooms come with basic amenities, including air conditioning.
While this hotel has many positive aspects, there is room for improvement in terms of noise insulation.

I liked the fact that it is close to Termini Station.
I didn't like the size of the bedroom (very small, with very little space to move around the bed), nor did I like the fact that there are 3-4 hotels in the same building, with lots and lots of people moving around between the hotels. I also didn;t like that WIFI internet was not free, and even if I paid 3 EUR for a 4 hour pass of internet access, the receptionist didn;t tell me that I was supposed to use it all continuously, so after 20 minutes usage, when I tried to log on again the next morning, I found out the ticket was expired... The breakfast was a joke: there was no variety of food and the breakfast room served also as tourism office (with desk, computer and everything) and also as storage room for the big toys of some kids (probably the owner's siblings). In the same breakfast room, you could also see large storage boxes of various goods, food, drinks aso aso.

I didn't like anything!
Very very bad situatation! Disaster!!!! Even during the night I woke up. After rain, water flowed from the ceiling. Very very noise. The breakfast was dire, and the place for breakfast was 25 sq. m. for 30 people! Emagine! They lost our accommodation sheets... Do not stay there!!!!
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
